In this one moment

I float in the water under the night sky with the stars and the full moon, it’s warm – just laying, relaxed, alone and miles from anywhere and anyone I float and let the water take me. My eyes close and the peace of the moment is upon me, I am in the now and the present and it’s gold. Energised by the moon as it glows above my skin I am replenished inside and out, white rushes through my body and I am cleansed and all that exists is just new – mind, body & soul.
